Overpriced, installations are old, bathroom was not clean enough. The breakfast was good. The checkin was a nightmare since I received messages from the hotel, before arriving, saying that they would cancel my reservation in case I wouldn’t arrive before 6pm, when it was clearly stated in the reservation that checkin was open until 11pm! This caused my family a lot of stress, since we didn’t know if we had a place to sleep. In the end they accepted that we could arrive at 8.30pm. Staff at the reception are not friendly.

Beautiful location. Close to the sking center. Breakfast was in amazing quantity with variety of foods. Well satisfied room for the rate. All staff members were very friendly and very helpful. Most of them dont speak english. Oğuzhan the english speaking staff member helped us a lot arranging transport, suggesting things to do. Gave a very good service. Thank you Saklibahce Hotel.

Çok fazla temiz oldugunu söyleyemeyeceğim. Odalar ufak. Çocuklu aileler için zor oluyor.

Posted 6 Feb 2022 on HotelsOrman içerisinde nehir hizasında huzurlu ve sakin bir ortam. Serpme kahvaltının da dahil olması sabah erken kalktığınızda harika bir manzarayla karşılaşmamızı sağlıyor. 19 aylık oğlum ve eşimle beraber iki gece konakladık. Bu tarz yerlerde maalesef ahşap yapılı otellerde diğer misafirlerin seslerini engellemediği için bebekli aileler rahatsız olabiliyor ama bu otelde geceleri çok rahat uyuduk. Çok dikkatli bir otelcilik anlayışı hakim. Taleplerinizi ve isteklerinizi olabildiğince gerçekleştirmeye çalışıyorlar. Bizim için güzel bir tecrübe ve deneyim oldu.
