bad staff

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. The staff are rude, no daily housekeeping, we went for the breakfast buffet and waited for 25 minutes without any service or even drink so we had to go and eat somewhere. If you want to use the kitchen one must bring all of his own kitchenware!!

I got many problems with the hotel staff ; - they gave me apartment,a door keys after 2days - every morning they told me we don't now wotif therefore they need to charge me again put when they see me trgected that and l contacts with wotif they agreed!!! -there are many missing services things in apartment - wif was very pad - l lost around 300Au for international cooling to Astral to solve them problem with wotif there for l need to refund it fom you or crystal cont.

We did not stay at the hotel and refused to accept us and there is no booking in our name despite the full withdrawal of the amount The receptionist was very bad at handling please refund the amount and compensation لم نمكث في الفندق رفض اسقبالنا وانه لايوجد حجز بإسمنا على الرغم من سحب المبلغ كاملا وكان موظف الاسقبال جدا سيئ في التعامل الرجاء اعادة المبلغ والتعويض
