The location was quite good near the main street in the city center. The staff was attentive and friendly. The building was clean. The lobby was newly renovated. There was a pool but small. The breakfast buffet was pricy for Poland (50zl a person) but not too festive. The ceiling in the dinning area was stained and the ceiling tiles were broken and, some, slightly coming out (like in 1-star motel). There was a problem with my reservation and both Orbitz and the Hotel blamed each other. It took 5h hours of my weekend trip and 6 agents (yes, 6) to fix this. Disappointing. Orbitz and Mercure need to review their reservation systems. The hotel needs to fix the ceiling in the dinning room. Unacceptable, in a hotel that costs (in Poland) near $100 a night.

Winter break in Karpasz
Posted 7 Jan 2022 on HotelsGood location to town centre, small beginner slope and ski school across the road. Common areas are recently refurbished, children playroom and swimming pool were excellent. Rooms are dated but very clean and comfortable enough. Spa treatments were very good and extremely reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay !
