The property is very nice and the scenery is spectacular. The room ammenities were excellent. The staff were very professional and attentive. We had no issues with the buggy service and those guys were great. Especially, Johnny, Nicki and Ronnie. The issue we had, it seem as the room we stayed had an ant problem. We called the front desk when ants started multiplying in one sink. They came quickly to address the issue. 2 days later the other sink had the same problem. We requested a deep cleaning and mentioned the ants. At this point we tried dealing with it but then it became a huge issue when it was a colony of ants under the toilet seat. We brought this to their attention with showing a video. The ants came out mostly at night. The front desk gave an apology and said she will let management know. We feel it's a huge problem because the thought of ants under the toilet seat the other nights and not knowing. Also the pool lights didnt work. The scenery would've been much better at night with the lights in the pool. Overall, very nice resort but minor issues need to be addressed.

Beautiful property and amazing staff. Everyone was extremely warm and helpful. Special shoutout to Palmy and Johnny Lambourghi who made us laugh daily! Everyone remembered our names and constantly acknowledged that we were traveling for our honeymoon. The views are amazing and while the beaches in Phuket are public, the section infront of the hotel was quiet.

Fabulous Resort.
Posted 10 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt was truly amazing. Beyond my wildest expectation . Close to town. Walking distance however the resort staff will drop you off in town with the many golf carts.
