Everything was falling apart. The sheets the bathroom were dirty. The bed felt like we were sleeping on top of a rock worse experience and hotel ever

Too far from town, had to get taxis all the time.

Pros: The view from the balcony was lovely and it had a nice swimming pool.
No restaurant, so had to get taxi into town to eat. Power points didn't work and we couldn't get TV to work. No hot water in kitchen. The staff were very helpful at all times.

Great place!! Great view and rooms!!

Great place to stay!! We had a small issue walking up the hill to our room but they upgraded us to a suite next to the road. The rooms are super nice and clean. Had a great view and pool!! It's a great place to relax and no one complain even when we got a bit loud. Our suite had a kitchen and living room. So we ended up saving money cooking and hosting friends. Thanks again for the great suite!!

Bed and breakfast located on a steep hill

- our room was in the top floor -had to carry heavy luggage up and down over 4 flights and then walk up a steep hill - no hotel staff to help with luggage -no elevators - AIr conditioning goes off when you leave the room - once you re- enter, air conditioning goes on and takes at least 2 hours to cool room -no cups to drink coffee

the little things that let you down

While the hotel does have a great view at sunset, it's the little things that let it down. We found the staff to be generally rude and unhelpful. There was 2 glasses in the room for a family of 4. The beds were made, but sheets not changed in a 10 day trip. The air-conditioning did not work in the living room. There were days where towels were not exchanged, or exchanged and not replaced - leaving us with no towels. All of this was brought up with management, who didn't seem to be concerned or willing to offer any help or assistance.There is also a 2km walk into Kata, which is hilly and on a busy road.

The pictures are old and not the room you get

Pros: The view
Cons: Responsive reception staff
Location: Phuket is an incredible place to visit, Thai people are beautiful, honest and so helpful.
The view is fantastic, the pools in complex lovely. The room however was not the one advertised on expedia. The bed while lovely new king size is rock hard. We had no towels in room until evening of day 2. We had NO hot water for whole 10 day stay. The hotel reception were no help at all - we complained first 4 days about hot water but gave up asking, they were not interested. We contacted Expedia with no response. One day we had NO water at all. One day we had drains coming up in our bathroom sink. We had to keep plugs in both sinks to stop the terrible smell coming into the room. We continued to stay as had no choice having already paid. We got out every day to explore the island but swimming each day you look forward to a warm shower at the end of the day, so very disappointed with lack of response from hotel staff or expedia.
