All the Paradox staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in Thailand.

Had such an amazing stay here! The resort is newly renovated/built and beautiful! The food was delicious and the staff were my favorite part! Everyone is so helpful and attentive to all your needs! I will definitely come back when I visit Phuket again!

Not a 5 star... probably a high 3 star bordering 4 star. No wifi for one day and to complain to get moved. Outdated rooms. Bathrooms need a re-fresh. Decent location.

I loved my penthouse villa. It was a perfect stay for me and the plunge pool was perfect for the hot days.

Great location , house keeping staff were great but front of house staff lacking , unfortunately there was some work going on so the large pool wasn't available and the breakfast choice was ok but could be better.

We booked the 2 bedrooms residences. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was beachfront and very convenient to walk to the beach.

Guests are forced to download and install Paradox App on their personal smartphones to communicate for services in its chatting platform and really is for advertising their bar and restaurant promotion deals, and it is also the reason to substitute broken phones in rooms. However, there were times my requests were ignored and I had to personally walk to the hotel front office and convey service requests. The property is dated, not modern at all, but staffs are nice though. The property does not qualify a 5 star class hotel when comparing to competitors around the island.

Great location - close to the beach as well as the shopping / restaurant strip in Karon.
