amazing hotel and facilities, staff were incredibly helpful and always happy. Would not hesitate to stay here again. The property is at the top of a steep hill, just bare this in mind if you have children

It's a better hotel for family with kids but overall clean and friendly staff. Walkable distance to the beach, stores and restaurants.

Staff is 10/10 and AMAZING! Would stay again just because of staff.
Unfortunately but fortunately for others the hotel is being renovated so the rooftop with Ocean views was not accessible and several rooms are being redone.
Will be amazing when they have the rooftop restaurant. Would stay again and recommend to those with kids not really a place for young couples

Fantastic resort for kids, and we loved the pools. The grounds were always spotless and very well maintained, and our daughter enjoyed feeding the koi fish. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. The kids bed made up with fun kids linen was a great touch. Very happy with our stay and we would definitely stay there again!

High on the hill in case of a Tsunami. Fairly quiet hotel.

The hotel is in a great position to walk into town- though it is on a hill, so people with strollers or elderly would find it more difficult to walk. Our room was very comfortable but the hotel is in definite need of maintenance.
We had a pleasant stay. We were there in monsoon season so it was very good value for money . Not sure if we would stay again if it were not on a special.
