I cannot fault the Kata Poolside , i stayed 10 nights in a pool acess room , ALL of the staff in the hotel from resturant, housekeeping,maintenance and reception were incredible, i will certainly stay again ,this is my 4th visit to Kata beach and my first at this hotel and its beautiful ,thoroughly enjoyed every minute ,great price ,great location peaceful and tranquil

I’ve stayed here a few times and have always had a great time and service. I usually book a Saturday night when I go dancing with friends at the Palm! Safer not to drive home. However, on my last visit, I was visiting with a friend meeting me for dinner/dancing. He was there at check-in counter when I arrived, and after we had breakfast on the premises, my friend was also there at the front counter for check-out. I sat in my car for about 10mins after check out to check my messages. An employee accosted me at my car and demanded a copy of the passport of my friend: who was there at check in (and also asked to provide his ID and staff declined), at breakfast and check-out process. I have no idea why on earth they would bang on my car window to demand the passport copy of someone who’s not present?! Very confused. I’ve had a few good stays there and like the location and have recommended it to many people. After this, not sure if a repeat stay is in the future. My son likes it there. Manager was no help with my complaint of harassment.

Posted 18 Feb 2024 on HotelsExcellent little resort and the restaurant manager was fantastic, went above and beyond to help with food allergies and recommending food. Would recommend to anyone staying in Kata, very close to the beach and lovely quite pool area.

Good for cost in high season.

Old style thai reception area. Easy walk to Kata beach. Near many convenience stores, street food, restaurants and massages.
