The swim up pool was great, but whole kata area is really crowded and you need to get through busy street to get to the beach. As cleanness goes Kids Club was quite dirty and baby chair saw better time so paint was peeling off. Otherwise room and pools were nice and clean. One another issue was door to pool did not close properly and was probably open for long before we came since when we arrived room was already full of mosquitoes

Going to the beach, you can take the shuttle bus from hotel by contacting reception, we do have 4 times to go and back daily. We really Liked the room. Very large with great balcony. comfortable bed. AC worked very well. The dining area for breakfast was lovely and the food served was prepared well with lots of variety. Coffee machines were great with options for cappuccino. The hotel lobby staff were friendly and helpful. The tour guide desk by front door provided lots of help with ideas and suggestions for tours. The shower didn’t work well. One shower head was broken. One was partially plugged. However reported it and they came right away to fix it. Unfortunately it still wasn’t working properly afterwards. Overall it’s a great hotel and would definitely stay again.

The pools and the ambiance around the hotel looks very nice. However, sheets and the pillows smells pretty bad. Doesn’t look too clean. No conditioner, just shampoo and one little bar of soap. Front desk not too friendly.

The rooms are outdated, air conditioner didn’t work properly, they demand deposit before check in and on check out they charged for the items which were not utilized by us

Room was clean and tidy.We found reception staff a little unfriendly, breakfast was the same everyday and very bland. Hotel had 2 restaurants, but there was no menu's or any information to premote them . The hotel had only bar's near the pool's which closed at about 6.00pm,there was nowhere have a quiet drink with friends after that.
