We had an amazing experience staying at Centara Grand Beach Resort. The hotel management is exceptional, and every staff member I interacted with was professional, well-trained, and courteous.
I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Risa for her kindness, thorough explanations, and outstanding politeness. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable.
The overall service quality, attention to detail, and the warm hospitality of the staff made my stay absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket.
Thank you once again for the unforgettable experience!

Two rivers with waste water fall into the ocean near the lake. There are no good walking path out of the hotel.
Hotel restaurants are very expensive even for 5* - €10 for a 0.33 local craft beer.
The hotel has good rooms with huge traces.

Please allow us to share information about Desalination Plant Pipe: The black pipe on the right side of the beach is the property of the Municipality Desalination Plant. This pipe is used to release excess sea water. The resort operates its own wastewater treatment plant and does NOT release any wastewater to the sea. There is signage opposite main pool at beach entrance to inform our guests about the black pipe.In addition we compare our prices with all our competitors to be same level as us, our prices are considerably in line with others.Once again, thank you for sharing your feedback. Staff were friendly & always helpful. Place in need of renovation (eg. Bathtub side split open, wood split in panels in bedroom). Pool guy checking PH level and cleaning plunge pool daily. Main pool beautiful & overlooking beach & only a few meters away. They should at least clean shore daily. Has heaps of washed up rubbish. Quite far from any decent restaurant outside the resort. So was stuck eating same food pretty much everyday. Decent fare to pay to go to Patong to eat or shop - 400Baht. Not much difference if going to nearby town of Karon - 350Baht. No roomy air conditioned lounge to wait after checkout. Has a small souvenir shop but rarely open.
