There is no elevator this is completely not comfortable,and also the room was not cleaned perfectly

We are a Hotel from 1932 and it is complicated to install an elevator in the building. We suggest you wish a room on the first floor if you pass by us again. Except that we always attend to help on with luggage etc.we would also be interested in what we could have done better with the cleaning?We are very serviceminded and flexible but we need to get information concerning what you are not pleased with so that we have the chance to get it done during your stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room a bit small and no air conditioning. A/C is seldom needed in Sweden but we happened to be there on a rather hot might when we could have used it.

Hello John!
You are right, normally not a need for AC but we had 3 tropical nights this summer and the it's hard to cool down the room. We have done a lot though to keep out the sunshine with marquises, blinds and roller blinds. There is also a fan in the room and an exhaust fan in the bath room. Anyhow thanks a lot for your high score!

Charming hotel
Posted 30 Jun 2017We had a wonderful stay here. Clean and accommodating room for 3 people. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. It has been the best so far in our travels along the Baltic Coast.

Satisfactory stay, perhaps a little overpriced
Posted 2 May 2017 on HotelsRoom was good size but not very well cleaned and fittings a little tatty. Staff were friendly and helpful but front desk not manned late evening. Breakfast very good. Hotel in good location for access to town, easy parking.

En riktig pärla
