Nice hotel with nice room and wider single bed.
The receptionist was very nice and advised very well.
Pool are was clead although the jacuzzi is extremely small.
Breakfast would need little improvement like adding some solt in scrambled eggs and better coffee. But it was included.

Literally - the best hotel in Karlovy Vary, that I have ever stayed at: very friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, rich breakfasts, very clean rooms and spa. so highly recommend and will go back for sure

Outstanding hotel in the center of city

The location and view are beautiful. About 2 km walk from the bus station. The breakfast was quite adequate. Since the hotel is old, the decoration of the room and bathroom is also old accordingly. In general, I saw a lot of spider webs and spiders in Karlovy Vary. There was a big spider on the wall in the room. Bed comfort was poor compared to the hotels I stayed in other cities.
