The property is clean and nice. Has a beautiful view.
The reason for 4/5 stars is for hard access to the building if you have a stroller. Stairs are everywhere and not enough lifts or ramps

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Excellent buffet breakfast and bar. The pool and jacuzzi are
clean and relaxing. Thai massage is very relaxing, it's a must. The staff are nice and welcoming. On the downside, there is no tea/coffee maker in the room and there was no drinking water in the fridge.

Hotel Kralovska Vila - Great location/price
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsWe really enjoyed this hotel. It’s perched on the top of the hill that leads to the old town Karlovy Vary. Great location, easy walk (if you’re in shape going back up). The furnishings were a bit dated and the pool/ hot tub was nice. The entire staff was fantastic. Free breakfast included. Not a place for families with kids. You must reserve one of the limited parking spots (10 Euro a night). The old town was pristine (very clean) and prices good. Had a great stay!
