Nice property, but having pets in oublic areas such breakfast restaurant is unacceptable ! Grand restaurant should pay more attention to clients' s wishes !

The staff was unable to accommodate a late checkout request, and I found the spa area darker and not to the level expected. Overall, a good experience.

THE worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. The room that they put us in looked nothing like the photos and much smaller. They insisted that this was the same price range. When I asked whether there are other rooms, the front desk staff was really reluctant, but the hotel was empty since it was on a Monday, during slow season. The second room that he took us to, was what we booked online, so the room was available this whole time! When we went back to grab our luggage from the other room, came back downstairs to front desk, the staff accused us of stealing the bath robes. I asked what bathrobes? Do you see any bathrobes on me? Plus, why the heck would I take any bathrobes? We’re staying here for two nights and we’re just moving from one room to another? We also had staff escorting us this whole time. It was an awful accusation and we didn’t receive any apology. We were stuck in the elevator for about 5 minutes. We banged on the door, but no one answered. The elevator could take us up and down but the door wouldn’t open. We took the elevator back down to lobby, banged on the door, finally the staff came and opened for us. Again, absolutely 0 apology. In fact, during our two day stay, we were never acknowledged by the staff when we walked by front desk. We booked massages and facials for two days. The massage was awful, honestly the worst. So I called to cancel the facial for the next day. They still charged me even though I cancelled within 24 hours.

I have been staying at this property for years evwry time i am in Prague.. There is no better hotel

Spa was wonderful - l breakfast was absolutely outstanding hospitality, charming. Walkable to shops! Restaurants. Parking was easy! Will definitely stay again.
