Not well maintained.

It’s a dilapidated building with many services no longer operating.

all good, just a little misinformation

all good. just 1 misinformation , the sauna and spa is closed and don't know when to open. it should be informed on the hotel page.

Great hotel

We have stayed in Swiss Bell Karawang for many time.. and as always we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Room are clean and modern. Staff always able to accomodate our request to have connecting room as we are travel with family. Some improvement & maintenance could be made on swiming pools, waters a little bit murky.
