Posted 31 May 2024 on HotelsMost wonderful staff I have ever experienced!! They certainly take customer service and feeling welcome to a whole new level. I look forward to staying here again in the fall when my services in Indonesia will be needed again.

Hotel was impressive, comfortable and clean.
However, there is nothing to do outside of hotel except for the mall which in connected via an air-conditioned walkway.

There is one employee, he always has morning schedule he was not pleasant and the morning manager was not pleasant as well. Ibu Diaz and Ibu Amy were so wonderful. They have an amazing customer service. Have to train how to have the best customer service to the morning shift Manager.
