"I have enjoyed my stay at Almassa aparthotel very much. It was very clean and the receptionist Mr Hossam is kind and helpful. He gave us a lot of information and provided extra covers and pillows. "Great Hotel, very helpful staff and comfortable stay. We had to stay there for a long period of time as we get settled in Yalova. A big big thank you to Saja for being extremely helpful the entire time. She took care of all our needs, checked us in very punctually, ensured our 8 month baby was taken care of quickly. She not only helped us daily with any requests related to the hotel that we needed daily, but was also very helpful in helping us adjust to our new home in Yalova. Her exceptional customer service skills were a big reason of why we extended our stay for as long as we did at this hotel. Thank you again Saja. "

" I had a relatively good experience at this hotel. The value for money is decent, and I found the overall quality to be satisfactory. One of the standout features is the staff's ability to speak English, which is a significant advantage, especially in Turkey. This made communication much easier and my stay more comfortable.
