"The only issue was my request to have adjoining rooms was not met when I was assured they were. The safe did not close in one room and the iron leaked badly. The room was very clean and full of amenities including a washer and dryer machine that worked great. The cost was very reasonable considering all the wonderful features. Great location."

"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."

"Staff were excellent, polite and friendly. We asked for a quiet, cool room and got exactly that. Room was excellent value for money, very clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Husband would have liked a little more pressure in the shower but I thought it was fine and I like the eco-friendly aspects of this hotel 🙂 Location is perfect, close to everything and near several bus routes. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Famly of 4. Hotel was clean and comfortable and service was impeccable. They're doing a lot of construction right in front of the hotel so it's a bit hard to get in/out of and dirty. But otherwise, it's close to many restaurants and stores, and steps away from the Sky Tower. Would happily stay again."
