every thing was good but the rooms was not clean and the sheets were not changed even when we asked twice and thank you on the other hand the blond girl at the reception was very helpful and also the blond guy to

The owner is friendly and nice, all stuff was welcomed us. The room was new, clean, compy bad and nice shower, BUT- it is a basement room so high windows, low ceiling and NO VIEW at all. this was a big disappointment after staying at places with amazing mountain views near by... breakfast was fine, but again its is disappointing not to have fresh eggs, fresh coffee and fresh juice. after a stay at local places with fresh and home made breakfast it is a downgrade.

A brilliant property in the heart of Kaprun

A great stay at Pension Patricia. The owner was very friendly, the room was perfect - super clean and a nice mix of modern fittings with traditional style. Location was ideal - close to everything but also quite quiet. Also the Tourist Summer Card is a major advantage of staying here - it saved us over EUR100 on the first day alone, as we used it for free lift passes.

The rooms are modern, staff are very nice and also good breakfast Our room was at basement floor and the windows was next to the street/car parking

Great place! Oliver, the owner, was so nice and the room was beautiful and clean. The other staff was friendly as well. We will come back!!!
