Posted 8 Aug 2024 on HotelsI was given the worst room in the When I asked them to change my room, they excused themselves by saying that the hotel was fully booked and that I had another room for another guest. This is disgusting discrimination. I will not repeat the experience. They ruined my vacation.

Posted 18 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe actually hoped to stay in Zell am See, but this location in Kaprun turned out to be a better choice. The hotel is in a great location and the food served for meals was a gourmet experience. We greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy room, comfy bed, all clean. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious with many options and we would stay here 100 times over! Highly recommend! And the SPAAAA! Will have you so refreshed! Definitely get a massage and facial! Also many sauna/steam room options! Love it!

Wonderful hotel!
