It is old and dated. It’s suitable for backpackers or travellers on a budget. Everything is kind of old and dated.

Safety Issue - Door cannot be locked
Posted 29 Mar 2024 on HotelsThis hotel has seen better days……decades ago. Changed rooms twice as locks were faulty. Finally got downgraded to a room with functioning lock but faucet and tap feels like they could break anytime.
Staff was apologetic but that’s about it. No service recovery at all. Honestly would never ever return, even if they paid me to. Don’t be deceived by the photos - stay at your own risk.

Very dirty swimming pool. Filter is broken. All the dirt is just floating around. Tiles are falling off. Room is ok. Carpet needs changing. Old and stained.

I like getting hotels that are part of Expedia VIP, well this was a horrible experience. The first room thst we got had cockraches, so i let them know and was moved to another room where the water was stuck in the sink. The VIP perks of room upgrade or discount were never provided even after letting them know, so i will not stay here again.
