Hair in the bathtub. Staff couldn’t find my reservation with my hotel.com number. And won’t check for me. Then ask myself to call and check with hotel.com. While I was trying to contact hotel.com, luckily another staff came and checked for me, and found my reservation in like 3 seconds. Pretty obvious the first staff didn’t even check for me. And please note, the check in time is 6pm, which I didn’t look carefully when I booked it and paid extra to check in earlier, which is fine, it was my problem.

整體還不錯,小地方還有進步空間

整體來說還算不錯,人員都很親切,就是幾個小地方還有改進空間 一個是房間地板走起來不平且很多聲音,房間的沙發太軟,軟到無法坐 另一個是櫃台人員有一點小粗心,我入住的時候要我補簽信用卡簽單,後來我才發現根本拿錯了,卡號金額都不對

加強空間很大

退房時間未到,電話沒接而已,直接到床邊喚醒你!! 上午施工未告知,根本無法好好休息。

雙人房是兩張單人床拼的,有高低差。 入住時房間還有煙味。冷氣無法調溫,非常的冷。優點,服務人員態度良好,地點離鬧區近,方便。
