The staff were SO friendly & went out of their way several times to help us! This the best place we’ve stayed the whole trip!

很親切的招待，雖然不是連鎖飯店但是該有的補給品毛巾都很到位。

Posted 3 Apr 2022 on HotelsMy wife contacted me about her trip that got cancelled because of the train issue, I booked a room with Luna hotel. Before my wife even showed up, the hotel contacted me about my family's arrival. Asked how old my kids were and upgraded the room without extra charge.
Great service! My wife arrived and they were more than accommodating. The upgrade was informed by my wife. The hotel didn't even tell me about it until I thanked them.
Definitely would stay there again when I go back to visit!

Feel like home

The beds were a little too soft. But this is down to personal preferences. Other than that, the service by the staff were excellent. Location was excellent woth Ruifeng Night Market and Hanshin Arena within 10 mins walk.

Luna's House was an amazing experience. Steven and his staff were so friendly and kind and certainly went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Rooms are very clean, location is great and I would highly recommend this guesthouse/hotel to anyone
