Excellent Hotel and staff. Great room with harbor/river view. Many restaurants nearby.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom faucets all have signs of wear and tear, and the carpet is clearly worn. Should be an easy fix when they re-decorate. Also the balconies should be improved so they can be useable in good weather. Currently they are simply locked which is a waste. The swimming pool is closed whenever it rains, so they should build an indoor pool instead. Parking lot smells.

The first expression I had for this hotel was their staff. They were all helpful and super polite!
The location is great for transportations, shoppings, and a lot of activities. The only drawback is that the hotel is outdated. The year-old stains inside the bathroom aren’t very pleasant.

Nice hotel but just not worth the money I spent!!
Posted 1 Mar 2021 on HotelsReally nice place I booked a harbor view but it was a little underwhelming. I got an “upgrade” which meant a move from 22nd floor to the 10th floor. Also the pool was empty so no swimming. Two reason I am a little annoyed that I paid the amount I did only to not get a view or a pool. Had they said the pool is not working I would have gone somewhere else.
