"The 'deluxe' room we were provided had a view of the car park. My husband asked to move. Staff were rude and arrogant but provided another room. He had to ask for new sheets as the ones on the bed were filthy. The room was dirty, and bathroom filthy. No amenities (hairdryer, kettle). The breakfast was in a small windowless room in the middle of the hotel and was pretty grim. The waiters chose to wait on the 'middle class' Indians and ignored everyone else.
