This was an absolutely incredible resort. Expedia gave us the VIP experience and there was an employee who set up our dinners in such a special way. There wasn’t a moment we didn’t feel over the top taken care of. I’ve never been to a place with kinder and more “on top of it” employees. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall we had a great experience. The main issue I had was that the vegetarian options were not labelled correctly. For example, I ordered a dish that was labeled as vegetarian and it came with ham on top, this sort of thing happened at every restaurant and was difficult to navigate.

The friendliness and knowledge of the butler service and the thorough cleaning and re-stocking of rooms was outstanding. I think these staff make the stay so much more enjoyable.

The service was incredible everywhere!! The food amazing and not just for an all include hotel but for general standards!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!! I definitely will be back and recommend the hotel to everyone!!
