Liked the property grounds were well maintained didn’t like the food choices the shows were not that good and some of them you had to buy a bottle of wine or something inorder to get a table and sometimes you had to wait in line inorder to eat at the buffet

The staff was great. The property could use a few updates and some of the rooms some of the pool conditions but overall, I would recommend this site for those who want to vacation in Mexico.

We loved how quiet the property was during the day. It was very relaxing. We didnt care for our room in the premium suites...We had room 101 and the cart traffic from the road and the walkway behind the building was loud enough to wake us. Also the elevator traffic around 1 and 2am was very loud in that room. Aside from the room, I feel that we would visit again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at El Dorado. The property was well kept, staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good. We had a private dinner party on the beach and it was absolutely beautiful!! Everything was perfect from the service (especially our host Arturo who made my day special even though it was his birthday) down to the sunset and ocean view. I'm very satisfied!

We loved our 5 night stay! There was not a moment we were disappointed. There were plenty of food options and activities to do through out the day. As well as the excursions that more inclusive included were the best especially the catamaran. The spa was EXCELLENT and one of the best ones we have been to. Definitely would come back.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. There was a hurricane a week prior to our arrival but you could barely tell as the place was clean and everything looked great. The beach was affected by the storm but we enjoyed nonetheless. The only issue we had was communication, no one stated that there are no elevators on our side of the suites and I was traveling with an injured foot so walking two flights to our room was dreadful. Lastly there are so many things included with this resort but it seems you have to ask before it’s offered. We happened to watch a commercial on the first channel and sadly it was on our last day
