Elevator was filthy, hallway outside my room had not been vacuumed, the wi-fi wasn’t operational, and the desk clerk was difficult to understand. By far, my worst stay ever in a Best Western property.

Property was very convenient to access the freeway. The hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Not very pet friendly. All pets were put on the third floor. If your pet does not like elevators, you get to climb two flights just to get to your room. And there is very little grass near the stairs and almost none near the front door where the elevator is. Also, there is only 1 trash can outside for disposing of bagged waste, by the front door. Otherwise, the place was alright.

We stayed for 2 nights. Checking in was a breeze. Room was super clean and spacious. Liked that they had a sink inside and outside of the bathroom, so that more than one person could get ready at a time. Room was recently updated. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Had a good size fridge. Inside pool and hot tub area was average, but very warm. A fan to circulate air would be nice. A recommendation for guests would be to bring a box fan to help muffle out the Hwy and hallway noise at night. We brought one and were glad we did. We didn’t make it downstairs for breakfast by 9am either morning, therefore can not provide a review for that. Hotel is right off of the highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants that you could walk to and Walmart is also close by. Employees were friendly and beds were made and towels replenished after the first night. Overall was a great stay!

The towels were dirty, bathroom in a very bad condition. Caulking every where around the buth shower. The elevator was dirty. We even checked the beds to make sure it was safe to sleep in.

Room was clean however hallways smelled like smoke and pool area burned eyes of chlorine
