Not very pet friendly. All pets were put on the third floor. If your pet does not like elevators, you get to climb two flights just to get to your room. And there is very little grass near the stairs and almost none near the front door where the elevator is. Also, there is only 1 trash can outside for disposing of bagged waste, by the front door. Otherwise, the place was alright.

We stayed for 2 nights. Checking in was a breeze. Room was super clean and spacious. Liked that they had a sink inside and outside of the bathroom, so that more than one person could get ready at a time. Room was recently updated. Beds were comfy and linens were nice. Had a good size fridge. Inside pool and hot tub area was average, but very warm. A fan to circulate air would be nice. A recommendation for guests would be to bring a box fan to help muffle out the Hwy and hallway noise at night. We brought one and were glad we did. We didn’t make it downstairs for breakfast by 9am either morning, therefore can not provide a review for that. Hotel is right off of the highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants that you could walk to and Walmart is also close by. Employees were friendly and beds were made and towels replenished after the first night. Overall was a great stay!

The towels were dirty, bathroom in a very bad condition. Caulking every where around the buth shower. The elevator was dirty. We even checked the beds to make sure it was safe to sleep in.

The rooms were clean, but nothing else was satisfactory. The bathroom lights were on a motion detector and they only stayed on for 10 seconds (we timed it). When we asked the clerk about it, he said the manager was CONSIDERING changing the timing, but for now there was nothing he could do. I think this is a safety hazard when showering. Internet was slow and unreliable. AC held in place by an unpainted board and spray foam. Lobby was very dark--it was almost like electricity was the primary cost driver for the hotel and they were doing everything they could to cut that expense. Additionally, the breakfast area, which was also dark, had all the chairs up on the table after breakfast. Most places I've been to leave them down so people could meet, talk, maybe get some work done. I will admit, we had a big storm that night that knocked out power to the building. it happened at midnight and power was restored at 430 AM. but that storm had nothing to do with the observations made above.

Pool was freezing, hot tub was enjoyable and the best part. When we checked in the front desk was abandoned and they didn’t believe we had a reservation until I showed them the paperwork (glad I printed it for easy reference) overall it’s really run down needs lots of work. There’s a noise when you use the elevator that’s disturbing and the toilet when flushed also has a loud/unusual sound coming from it. Shower is nasty there was something red all over the shower curtain and the tub part was peeling up. Brightside I didn’t see any bugs and the air conditioner worked! but it definitely could use a deep clean! Breakfast was hard like you could knock on the bagels and biscuits hard. No forks in sight with still plenty of breakfast time left to eat. I wouldn’t stay here again honestly. There’s better options for the same price.

Loved the location of this place, tucked in off 7 hwy, so you are not in all the hustle and bustle of the busy hwy, but everything you need is right there. Super close to I-70, but you never hear noise of the interstate. Loved the Tacos for Life just a walk across the parking lot. Very friendly staff. My room was exceptionally clean. Can't beat the price either. Will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not good the last time we stayed they had bisuits and gravy this time they only had cereal, bisuits,sausage and toast and they ran out of all of it. The door frame was rusted and the dead bolt didn't work. Overall the prices are to high for the conditions and personal. Could not understand what the employees were saying and then they wanted to charge extra because we arrived less than 30 minutes early.
