It was a beautiful location and easy access to eating locatyou can. The music they play in the restaurant is actually very horrible to my taste, but it'd be great for a 20-30-year-old.

First time at a Sonesta property. Seemed to be good value. Stayed in hc accessable room where everything functioned as designed. Parking lot was in need of repair and posed walking issues. At this time approximately 1/3 of all floors (3) in rear of hotel getting some renovations. Staff was excellent in demeanor and help. Right off interstate and several restaurants next door. Quick and available airport shuttle to KC airport.

I appreciated how close it was to the airport and the shuttle service was so helpful. Thank you. However, a simple complimentary piece of toast for breakfast would be nice while rushing to the airport. My other thoight is the difficulty of knowing which door from the outside is closest to my room. There are no room number indications or symbols on the outside of the building. Stressful on a freezing 11 pm arrival.

I must admit, while this is a pretty nice hotel, I was taken aback with the cost of the breakfast boxes and the laundry. I’ve stayed at other Sonesta hotels and the guest laundry was free.

I had a slight problem checking in. I am 18, but was staying with my 22 year old sister. I didn't have her added to the reservation and I couldn't check in because I was underage, although it said nothing about that on the Expedia website. Instead of being able to add her at the front desk, I had to sit in an AI chat for half an hour. Other than that, I had an excellent stay! Very clean and nice staff.

They charge for breakfast that should be complimentary. The desk lady was rude and very bothered by anyone’s question. The toilet was clogged when we got in and she refused to go and get it plunger so we had to wait 4 hours with that smell until someone knocked at the door and left the plunger outside of the door without even asking if it was already like that.But overall ok but hospitality should bee important
