Steve was nice, but the hotel was in a general state of disrepair. The cockroaches in my room and management offered to no compensation.

I felt the door, deadbolt and lock, needed to be tightened. (Room 323) Quik Trip is right next door for snacks and gas. Parking was easy and accessible. The Main Street was under construction to expand their cable car, but wasn’t inconvenient getting into the hotel parking lot. Everything was clean and fine for a 2 night stay. Other than the door, no complaints.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. That being said, they are aware of the issues and have shared the plans for renovations moving forward.

Convenient to where we were going. Cleanliness inconsistent. Mildew stains in shower and on heating/air conditioning unit. Property needs serious upgrade and renovation.

The bathroom light did not work. Sink sputtered the whole time. Toilet barely flushed. Food in refrigerator that was not ours. Room smelled like urine. Lots of dead flies in the window. The staff was very nice trying to deal with a full hotel. The breakfast was a few super cheap bagels and bread with a toaster. We made it through but will not use this hotel again.

This hotel is in an excellent location for proximity to St. Luke’s hospital and the Plaza. However, it is in great need of a complete renovation. But, the bigger concern for me was lack of cleanliness. They are planning to renovate soon. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed.

Curtains were broken, smelled weird, all breakfast was completely gone and not even cleaned by 10 AM. Parking wasn't available. Road work made coming and going a hassle.

No exterior lights. Very scary. When I checked in front desk clerk was on her cell phone not talking with me. Rude.
