Hotel room was clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was a bit deficient and we had limited hot water which may have been due to being on the 8th floor. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of both hot and cold foods. There weren’t enough staff present though to keep the tables clean and most guests cleaned their own tables.

No hot water over the 2 night stay in both rooms booked. I would expect when paying over $1400 for rooms I’d expect hot water. When speaking to the hotel they advised me to contact Expedia for a partial refund. I’m expecting at least a refund on at least 1 night stay per each room booked.
