We got to the hotel and were told by other guests that they had seen 2 cars broken into within a few days. Chose to leave and stay elsewhere

I noticed bugs in the elevator. The room and continental breakfast are elementary. The room suited our purpose—we just needed a place to sleep and move on. It was the most inexpensive. The location was right off I-70 and worked well for us because we came in late at night and met with family for breakfast a few miles east on I-70

Stay was ok. Continental breakfast as stated. Price was 162.00 with tax for a Friday night stay. Quiet location. Just a few minutes from State Ave where there is food and stores close by. We were not completely uncomfortable. Room had a bit of a stale odor. Hotel could use some new comforters (ours were very visibly stained), deep cleaning of room floors( socks were black from walking on the floor). Carpet in hallways also very noticeably dirty. General updates to be more aesthetically pleasing for the price.

Surprise fees- expect to pay a $100 deposit when you check in - in addition to the room nightly rental agreement. Then they’ll charge you twice which means you pay $340 for a room that is $140. When asked, the deposit was for “to encourage people to not smoke and cover cost of cleaning”. Which I understand incidental deposits but our room smelled heavily of cigarettes when we got up to it. Lamp by bed was broke- toilet moved when you sat on it. Walls/floor very dirty. Very run down. Poorly ran.

This place stunk of cigarette smoke and was extremely damp. Bedding was dirty. Overall it was disgusting
