The Hotel is conveniently located just off I-70 very easy to get to, Restaurants and shopping close by. This particular stay was disrupted by noisy neighbors up all hours of the night letting doors slam loudly and people on the 3 floor rough-housing loudly into very early hours of the morning. My room was clean and orderly, hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Pretty average hotel, Im giving a poor review due to the tub backing up when you take a shower and staff was completly unhelpfull,my husband had to unclug the tub himself in order for us to take a shower.

Communication between housekeeping and the front desk is lacking. Initially I was given a room that was dirty this was remedied by giving me a clean room with two beds at no charge.

Room was fine but, not enough information about the hotel housekeeping services upon arrival. First time at this property and stayed for 4 nights and never got out room cleaned or supplied replaced… terrible irons and no one ask how was our stay or if we needed anything. I had to call the front desk to ask if there were any housekeeping services at all… I also called for an iron because the one in the room didn’t work, body soap and shampoo were empty upon arrival! Overall not the courtesy or friendliness I expected.

The bathroom shower had hair in it. There was no body wash in the shower (it was empty). I had an ADA room, and I was super uncomfortable with the bed. If you book through Expedia, beware, this will be the default room. Luckily, I was only there one night.

Convenient right off highway 70. There was no continental breakfast although there is a snack bar by the reception desk. Prices for those items are a little high. My Place is set up more for long term quest as they have rooms featuring kitchenettes with refrigerators and stovetops.
