The property isn’t bad although fairly minimalistic. The only issue I had was about breakfast. It looked like it would not be a bad breakfast and they had it setup at 6. Breakfast did not open until 6:30, but as I had to leave by 6:20 I asked the attendant if I could go ahead and grab something. She told me she was not supposed to let me, but she said I could grab a muffin. There were plenty of other take and go options, but apparently it was more important to follow the rules. I felt like they put the standard in front of the customer and that was disappointing.

We appreciate your feedback, however I am confused Are you upset because my employee followed the rules? Should we break the rules for everyone? Or just offer free food at all times of the day? Thank you for choosing Microtel Inn and Suites.

The hotel was clean overall, but there must have been a bunch of dust in the room I stayed in. I’m allergic, and by morning I was so congested and itchy. It’s the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars.

My stay was good until they told me I could not do a late checking even tho is advertised on website of this property.

We were here for a football game. The motel was in a convenient area for us with a competitive price. Rooms were clean and motel was quiet. Would stay again
