Felt gross. Bathroom door didn't latch, so I couldn't lock it! Paint stains on carpet... yet the whole place felt like it needed a fresh coat of paint.
The breakfast server was lazy and inattentive - on her phone most of the time in the dinning room.

The cards in the hotel say they have extra amenities, but when we asked the night shift worker for a extra pillow and blanket, he told us we dont get any extras because we have a standard room. Everyone else was very nice.

We will be coming back to this hotel. It was so close to Kauffman and Arrowhead Stadium. Very convenient and well kept. We had no problems.

We had bugs in the bathroom and windowsill.
The bathroom was not clean.

My bathroom was filthy. We got to breakfast at 8:50 and everything was gone. Went back a few minutes later hoping it was restocked. Left with no coffee and no food for a $300 room.
