We were stranded for a couple of days because of winter storm Blair. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of! Just earned a loyal customer going forward when visiting the Midwest.

Rooms adequate, pool and hot tub need to be tested more. Too many kids couldn’t enjoy facilities. Staff very helpful and pleasant

Nice easy stay. We were in a suite and it was very spacious to have our kiddos sleep on the sleeper sofa and a pack n play.

We arrived late to the airport so missed the shuttle hours (until 11pm) and could barely coerce a taxi driver to take us, as it’s such a short distance that it wasn’t worth giving up their spot in line. Finally found one that was willing and 3miles later arrived at the hotel.
The hotel has a pantry for food/snack/drink purchase, which was a huge benefit after arriving from airport. A good sleep later, went downstairs to an awesome breakfast.
