Property is OK, the room is a little beat up but very livable. They could have used a few more face cloths. Only had two.

The amenity I booked the hotel for (the grill) was out for all three days I was there. Out of propane, although the property was alerted the first night when I tried to use it.

The hallway on our floor had a smell of burnt plastic and the room had a peculiar smell to it as well. It didnt smell like smoke. Just kind of musty.

I appreciated how quiet this hotel is. I was in town for a music festival at the nearby amphitheater and not only was this hotel a short Uber drive away but there were lots of places to eat nearby. It was very quiet when I returned to my room (which was surprisingly nice!). I slept like a baby after having had so much fun. Will stay there again when visiting the amphitheater.
