Our neighbors had dogs that were barking all hours and when they finally arrived the dogs stopped barking but the people were extremely loud. The staff did their best to try and help get ahold of the neighbors but it was very frustrating as we had left our own dog at home to prevent this exact situation.

Excellent place to stay if you’re catching a game across the street , otherwise - meh!

Tv had 3 channels working, no sound barrier once in room, parking horrible with tailgating from across the street taking all the spots.

Great stay. Wales to the Chiefs game. Breakfast was delish. Would recommend for sure.

I rented 3 king rooms with sleeper sofa. The room my son was in, when he flushed the toilet, poop water came up in the bathtub. They sent a maintenance man but all he did was plunge the toilet. He asked to be placed in another room. Someone had also turned off the fridge and the carpet around the area was soaked. They had no more king bed rooms and had to move him to a double queen room. They didn't offer a refund of any of the room cost but should have because those rooms are always cheapest then a king.

Our double queen rooms are priced at a higher value because they hold more occupants, increasing the value paid, Had you booked through our property directly, a discount would have been offered or some type of compensation, however with you paying someone else, it limits our options as to what we can do, Thank you for staying with us.
