This is the nasty, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Checked in a 8.30 and room wasn’t ready, I had to wait for them to clean it. When I went in the room, it was so dirty I couldn’t believe it. It was also suppose be a non smoking room but the room smelt of smoke. Nasty place and I’m staying some place else tomorrow night!!!

There was food trash including ketchup packets on a shelf, sticky liquid on the floor under the end table, show rod screws very loose (almost falling off the wall) and the shower plunger was so inoperable that I could not even get enough of a drizzle through the shower head to rinse myself off. Also, they were not serving anything for breakfast, not even a breakfast bar but were advertising that they had breakfast. The first room had a half-inch gap between the door and wall the whole length of the door. The second room only had a quarter inch gap for about 2 feet. Either way, not acceptable for keeping out noise, weather or flying bugs.

It was a friendly check in experience. The room however smelled terrible, curtains were hanging on by a thread, and the AC unit was working but damaged. Upon examination (my son noticed and brought it to my attention) laying in the bed after a few hours, noticed there were bed bugs. Left same day of check in, did not finish stay.

The check-in woman was unwelcoming and unfriendly. Your first and only interaction with a customer and she could care less you're there. Disappointed.

We have new staff. It’s very hard to find good people to work but we are almost there to give good service. So sorry for your uncomfortable stay but next time we will take care just give us one chance

Convenient to interstate but noisy. Short in heater wiring a fire hazard. TV remote didn't work. Toilet flapper didn't close. Security lights provide safety but kept me awake at night. Staff was surly & didn't know pre-arranged room rate. No breakfast as advertised nor even coffee!
