Posh hotel in excellent venue location. Stayed for the Big XII basketball tournament and this hotel is 5 blocks from the venue. Easily walkable. Parking, food, gift shop is all very pricey, but expected with this level of hotel in a downtown location.

For what we paid, it was acceptable but I won’t stay again. The room I selected wasn’t available because housekeeping didn’t show, which was a slight problem but not huge. The room smelled absolutely awful. The carpet needs desperately cleaned. There were still hairs on the floor in the bathroom. ...
