"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Vlore! The location couldn't be more perfect—right in the city center, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. "Budget room is exactly as pictured but NOT in the vila arial. It was actually down the street in a seperate place. The room WAS as advertised and great for price, just not in the vila as shown in the pictures"

"The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety. Upstairs pool is cool but not enough loungers for all and only place that looked like it. Needed a clean inside. Short walk to the beach where they had more loungers but weather was not warm enough. Would go back and stay if needed though."

"The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. "

"L appartement est tres beau dans une residence tres sympa La plage n est pas accessible a pied mais n est pas tres jolie et celle un peu plus loin remplie de dechets bouteilles, seringue evitez vlorë pour la plage. "Our stay in Vlore was part of a self driving tour in the area. The hotel is in a great area along the promenade. There is underground parking provided by the hotel. The room was very comfortable. The only concern we had was the loud music from the outside bar on the street below. To their credit, the music was off by shortly after 11 pm. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. "The family who own and operate the facility are very nice however I paid extra for a room with 'ocean view' which ended up being a room with a small corner balcony with no furniture on it, that, if you stretched, you could see some of the ocean... I also did not like that they had their family up there visiting on the Saturday evening in the outside main patio furniture as it made me feel like I also couldn't sit out there.. "The receptionist Alicia was very nice and polite, however I did not enjoy my stay. The hotel is very old and run down. It was noisy and the bed sheets were wet with stains on them. It was so loud and noisy , especially in the morning, as there is construction going on right in front of it. Breakfast was not great and the utensils were dirty. On the second morning we did not have electricity for a while. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights. "
