"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

"Resort is not as photos show and description is inaccurate to say the least. Most probably they were taken 30 years ago. Very, very disappointing. Would not recommend."
