Amazing location. Not modern but incredibly good. Comfortable beds, great onsen, tiny details like a fridge full of Yakults, included minibar beverages, a piano bar, and an unbeatable location make this one of the best value hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

It was a pretty average japanese style room. Not worth the price in my opinion. Nothing bad to say about the place, but nothing outstanding either.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. Facilities, common areas and rooms outdated compared to other 4 star hotels. Cleanliness questionable at times considering the country tradition.

Beautiful hotel with a real charm to it. Very personal, boutique hotel feel to it. Staff were excellent. Enjoyed the onsen. Very walkable. The castle and gardens are right there. Loved our stay!

Dining options were limited and we were unable to secure a reservation for dinner.

It was the perfect option for our two-day stay in Kanazawa. The location is great for the major sights. The hotel is charming and the staff were helpful.
