The views of Mount Fuji were incredible, and we especially enjoyed the bathtub on our balcony. The private onsens were a highlight, and the small touches like free ice candy and complimentary wine made the stay even more enjoyable. "Amazing hotel and perfect location right in the city centre. Room was spacious and comfortable. My back has been aching recently but the mattress in my room was very good and of just right level of stiffness so my back felt rested. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast as it had many options and variety. Staff were really friendly and helped me order a taxi to my next destination. Would definitely stay there again. "

They also have lockers you can use on the day of checkout to store luggage until you leave the Mt. Fuji area! "
