It definitely doesn’t feel like a 4 Star hotel. The whole hotel smells like mold. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Definitely not worth the price.

Posted 12 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is situated in a busy area close to the shops (a big mall 5 min walk away) bars and restaurants.
We booked this hotel because the pictures looked great and it had good reviews, however, we would not say that this was a 4 star hotel. We stayed in other 4 star hotels around India and they were magnificent, this hotel wasn’t. The facilities were dated, it was a little messy, it just didn’t feel as a 4 star establishment.
The staff members very friendly and accommodating.
We would not stay there again.

This hotel was well located (easy to get taxi/rickshaw service, close to shopping and metro system), had a 24 hour restaurant, roof top bar. Coming from Canada, we appreciated that some staff spoke English. Wifi was usually good, food was good with excellent Indian choices, less continental. They helped us print our boarding passes, estimate transport costs, gave directions, recommended places to go, which was all very helpful. They also helped us to connect with a tour operator which was excellent (Arun from Arrivago) who we dealt with for months prior to the trip. Recommend this hotel as a very nice place to stay at a very reasonable cost.

Friendly staff especially the girls serving at breakfast time.

lacking entertainment in restaurant .2 days without hot water in daytime, because of breakdown, and telephone not receiving any in coming calls, reported to front desk twice.
