Pros: EVERYTHING was good. But they should stop cheating guests. Otherwise no one will advise their friends to go there
Cons: Everything was good. But they cheated on us in providing a taxi. They charged Rs.1960 for 10 kms. Whereas we paid half the amount for travelling 50 kms from the airport to the hotel by the same vehicle ie.Innova. That was the worst they did.
Location: Location was excellent. Nice place for shopping also.

Pros: close to mall
sheets thin and torn, closet fell off ,no hinge attachment, floors miss numbered, arranged airport pickup and after 1 hour of numerous calls I arranged my own transportation, upon arriving I was obviously not well and was charged for the water that was given to me....need I say more

Pros: fair price
Cons: the pillow can be cleaner. Air condition in some room did not function good enough

this is a choice when other hotels are full. everything is ok.

Friendly service but could do better at the price
Posted 8 Dec 2014 on Hotelsa safe "westernized" option but the hotel was more remote than some, the a/c was very noisy. the sealed windows (required to keep the mosquitoes out) had gaps around them. the restaurant menu had quite a few things listed that were not available.
However, the hotel was very clean & the staff very friendly and helpful.
