First I requested a very early check in. I was denied early check in when I arrived. Then at 3 pm we got into our room and took showers we were in our room less than an hr and the room was flooding from water breaks in the hall right outside our door! No one offered to move us and at that point we just left. It was horrible. Room smelled weird to us also. I will never recommend or stay there again!

The stuff/managment of this hotel need to do a better job at the hotel. Too dirty, common areas filthy, trash cans overflowing on hallways, jacuzzi had brown waters on it, room inside poorly clean, large stain on tub, rip off furniture. Windows very stained/dirty all over the property can not see outside. Breakfast was impossible to eat due to the multitude of tourists boarding busses. No person at the front desk to help after hours or early in the morning. Can not recommend this hotel to anyone until there’s major changes on premises.

We stayed there for three nights and no one came to clean the room. Desk clerk promised to do the cleaning twice but no one show up. Upon check out the clerk promised to call back to give discount , did not happen. Finally able to reach manager over the phone, he was rude and flatly denied daily cleaning, saying "this is you deserved, no cleaning!!!!"
