Such a nice motel! And Travis is an excellent host, giving us tips about dining and about making future reservations. The room we reserved was a "cozy" room, a fact not made clear on Expedia. It was a lovely room, but there wasn't much space. It was great for one night, and the price was great. The $10 breakfast buffet was delicious.

Clean, quiet and a real hidden gem. We loved the small touches of checking in. Travis was a great host.

Very nice boutique style hotel/lodge. Extremely well appointed and decorated, very professional and comfortable at the same time. Staff was very very good, bed was soft but very comfortable. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

Kanab is a beautiful little town with a busy road leading to nearby zion park and bryce canyon both of which are astonishingly out if thus world, and a must see if in the area .
Canyons lodge is just the perfect place to relax and enjoy an evening by the firepit after a day exploring. We loved everything about our stay, from the super confy bed the lovely staff and owner the great value breakfast option wish we could have stayed longer

Our bathroom had bad smells and when we told the lady at desk she came in with all the supplies (they knew about this room) to pour down the drains to help. Hotel was booked and no other rooms open. We kept the door close and exhaust fan going and ilsmell didn’t get into room. We didn’t take showers in morning worried about back flow. Owner came by and we mentioned welcome to The Desert. No there is a plumbing code and it needs to be fixed, but he has the hotel booked and no plans to fix.

What a great boutique hotel in Kanab. Room was clean, nice sized and well-appointed. Check-in staff was super nice and gave us a good dinner recommendation to the Rocking V. They are a bit shy on parking if they are full so get there early.
