"Excellent hotel next to terminal 1 of KLIA. Large comfortable room with blackout drapes. Shower tended to overflow into rest of bathroom. Lots of restaurants, easy access to terminal one by use of free transfer service."

Good stay with glitches
"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall."
